Eligibility

• Candidates must be permanently residing in Tripura.
• Candidates must possess the educational qualification prescribed for the respective post.
• Candidates must fulfil the experience requirement wherever prescribed.
• Candidates must satisfy the prescribed age limit for the respective post.
• Candidates must fulfil any technical or professional qualification prescribed for the post.
• Candidates applying for posts requiring medical fitness must satisfy the prescribed health requirements.
• SC/ST/PH candidates will be eligible for age relaxation as per Government norms.
• Candidates presently working with SoFED must submit NOC from the existing Department/Agency, if applicable.

Qualifications

• Assistant Engineer (Civil): B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 6 years post-qualification experience.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Technical Officer (Electrical), Grade-A: Degree in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (Civil), Grade-A: Degree in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (IT), Grade-A: Degree in IT Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (Computer Science), Grade-A: Degree in Computer Science Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (Electronics), Grade-A: Degree in Electronics Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (Electronics & Communication), Grade-A: Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (Electrical), Grade-B: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (Civil), Grade-B: Diploma in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (IT), Grade-B: Diploma in IT Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (Computer Science), Grade-B: Diploma in Computer Science Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (Electronics), Grade-B: Diploma in Electronics Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Officer (Electronics & Communication), Grade-B: Diploma in Electronics & Communications Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution/university affiliated to any State or Central Government.
• Technical Assistant (TA): Madhyamik or equivalent examination passed. ITI in Electrician/Wireman/Surveyor trade is preferred. Candidates should have sound health.
• Junior Operator (J.O.): Madhyamik or equivalent examination passed, ITI in Electrician/Wireman trade and minimum 2 years working experience as Junior Operator is mandatory. Candidates should have sound health.
• Company Secretary: Must have completed ICSI Foundation, Executive and Professional programmes and must be a member of ICSI with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Chief Financial Officer: Master’s degree in Commerce with ACA/AICWA/MBA (Finance) from a recognized university and 5 years’ experience in Accounts/Audit.
• Supervisory Officer: Junior Level Supervisory Certificate from a recognized university, 10 years’ experience as Supervisor in Jute industries and at least 3 years’ experience as Legal Officer in PSUs/Government sectors.
• Consultant: Post Graduate in Education/Educational Administration/Public Administration/Management/Commerce/Economics/Finance with 3 years’ relevant experience. Experience in Data Handling/Analysis and Report Writing is required.
• Graphic Designer: Graduate in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Animation OR Graduate in any discipline with one-year Diploma in Graphics/Animations/Media Production, with 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Technical Coordinator: Master’s Degree in Computer Application/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/M.Tech/Information Technology with 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Accountant: Graduate in Commerce/Economics dealing with financial management, with 2 years’ experience in handling accounts in a CA Firm. Knowledge of Government rules and norms and noting/drafting in English is required.
• Cameraman: Graduate in any discipline and Diploma from a recognized university covering still photography/videography/cinematography/film production, with 3 years’ practical experience.
• Video Editor: PG in Mass Media and Journalism with 55% marks OR Graduate with 55% marks and PG Diploma in Video Editing with 55% marks, with 1 year relevant experience.
• Script Writer: Post Graduate in any discipline with research experience leading to scripts and 3 years’ experience of writing scripts for film/TV.
• Computer Assistant: Graduation and DCA from NIELIT/IGNOU/ITI, with English/Bengali typing speed of at least 35 w.p.m. Experience in MS Office, Data Entry and record keeping is required.
• Monitoring Assistant: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with working knowledge of computers and at least 17 years’ work experience in a National/Multi-national company.
• Community Organizer: Minimum Graduate with preferably 4 years’ experience in similar capacity in EAP or similar projects in Tripura. Knowledge of local dialects and good written and communication skills are desirable.
• Programme Manager (Audits): Minimum Chartered Accountant with 4 years’ relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, English typing and Internet is desirable.
• Sub-Division Data Analyst: Minimum Graduate in Science with Mathematics/Statistics and preferably 4 years’ relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, English typing and Internet is desirable.
• Computer Operator: Minimum Graduation with Diploma in Computer Application and minimum 4 years’ relevant experience. Bengali and English typing, MS Office and Internet knowledge required.
• Assistant Field Accountant: Minimum Commerce Graduate. Proficiency in MS Office, English typing and Internet is desirable.
• Livelihood Coordinator: Minimum Graduate with preferably 4 years’ experience in similar capacity in EAP or similar projects in Tripura. Knowledge of local dialects and good communication skills are desirable.
• Peon: Class VIII passed from any recognized school.
• Accounts Officer: CA/ICWA/PG Diploma in Finance/Accounts with 3 years’ experience in any Externally Aided Project in Tripura.
• Senior Technical Officer (Monitoring, Evaluation and MIS): M.Sc Computer Sciences/MCA/M.Sc Geography/Natural Resource Management/Environmental Science/Forestry/Agriculture/Horticulture/Life Sciences/Rural Development with working knowledge of MIS. Required experience in monitoring and evaluation including MIS is prescribed in the notification.
