Pay scaleSelected Management Trainees will undergo one year of training and receive a lump-sum stipend of Rs. 60,000 per month. After successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed in E1 Grade with a pay scale of Rs. 40,000–1,40,000. Minimum total monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 86,320.
Age limitGenerally, the upper age limit is 27 years for UR/EWS, 30 years for OBC (NCL) and 32 years for SC/ST candidates, subject to the specific post and applicable relaxations. Age is reckoned as on 01-02-2026.
Application feeRs. 1,000 plus applicable bank charges and GST for General, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates. SC/ST/ExSM/PwBD/Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Eligibility

  • Candidates must fulfil the educational qualification prescribed for the respective Management Trainee discipline.
  • Candidates must satisfy the prescribed age limit as on 01-02-2026.
  • Candidates must have obtained the required minimum percentage in the qualifying examination wherever applicable.
  • SC/ST candidates are eligible for the prescribed relaxation in minimum percentage wherever applicable.
  • Candidates must possess qualifications from recognised institutions/universities as prescribed.
  • Candidates must satisfy RCF Ltd. medical and physical fitness requirements.
  • Candidates must produce the required original documents during document verification/interview.

Qualifications

  • Management Trainee (Chemical): B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Petrochemical Engineering or Petrochemical Technology.
  • Management Trainee (Boiler): Prescribed B.E./B.Tech. qualification in relevant engineering discipline along with the required Boiler Operation Engineer/Boiler Proficiency qualification.
  • Management Trainee (Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Management Trainee (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or prescribed equivalent discipline.
  • Management Trainee (Instrumentation): B.E./B.Tech. in Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation Technology or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
  • Management Trainee (Materials): Prescribed engineering qualification in relevant discipline.
  • Management Trainee (Civil): Prescribed B.E./B.Tech. qualification in Civil/related discipline.
  • Management Trainee (Fire): Prescribed B.E./B.Tech. qualification in Fire/Fire & Safety discipline.
  • Management Trainee (CC LAB): Prescribed Ph.D./engineering qualification in the relevant discipline.
  • Management Trainee (Industrial Engineering): Prescribed engineering and Industrial Engineering/Management qualification.
  • Management Trainee (Information Technology): B.E./B.Tech. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Technology or Computer Engineering.
  • Management Trainee (Rajbhasha): Prescribed Master's degree qualification in Hindi/English.
  • Management Trainee (Finance): CA/CMA OR prescribed graduation in Commerce/Accounting/Finance along with MBA/MMS/PGDM/equivalent qualification in Finance.
  • Management Trainee (Marketing): Prescribed graduation in relevant Science/Engineering/Agriculture discipline along with MBA/MMS/PGDM/equivalent qualification in Marketing/relevant specialisation.
