The recruitment is for Assistant Engineer – RE (Asset Management/Operation & Maintenance) and Deputy General Manager – RE posts. Eligibility
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- All qualifications should be from Universities/Institutions recognized and approved in India.
- Candidates must fulfil the prescribed qualification and experience requirements.
- Age and experience requirements will be calculated with reference to the last date of online application.
- Candidates claiming SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS reservation must possess the applicable valid certificate in the prescribed format.
- Candidates should be medically fit as prescribed by NGEL.
- Posting may be at any NGEL Corporate Centre, Site, Station, Project, JV or Subsidiary across India.
- All posts are transferable at the discretion of the Management.
Qualifications
- Assistant Engineer – RE:
- Full-time Regular Diploma in Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification Site experience in the Power Sector, including training period if any.
- At least 6 years should be in 50 MW or more grid-connected Solar and/or Wind Projects in Operation & Maintenance / Asset Management.
- Deputy General Manager – RE:
- Full-time Graduate in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Control & Instrumentation / Civil / Mechanical with minimum 60% marks.
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in the Power Sector in executive cadre.
- At least 10 years of experience should be with a Renewable Energy Developer of Solar and/or Wind Projects.
- Minimum 2 years of Site experience in 50 MW or more grid-connected Solar and/or Wind Projects in Project Construction / Erection / Project Commissioning or a combination thereof.
