Eligibility
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing from an institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
- Valid registration with the Assam Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Council.
- Community Health Officer applicants must have completed the Certificate in Community Health.

Qualifications
- GNM (3 years) or B.Sc Nursing (4 years) from a recognised institution.
